Precision Environmental Services, Inc. (PES) is a New York State certified woman-owned business enterprise that was established in December of 1991. Since its inception, PES has maintained a well rounded staff of professionals providing hydrogeological, engineering and contracting services. PES personnel have been involved with the successful completion of numerous site assessments, subsurface investigations and design/implementation of associated remedial response work scopes involving both petroleum and hazardous substances. Contaminant mitigation work plans are designed and implemented by experienced personnel to best fit the needs of the customer and the environment. Our staff has an extensive track record for providing a variety of environmental services to major oil companies, industry, insurance companies, governmental agencies, utility companies, and large and small businesses.

In addition to serving the private sector, PES has consistently been awarded a contract to perform environmental assessment and remedial services for various State of New York agencies including the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), State Thruway Authority, Office of General Services and Department of Parks and Recreation. Work performed for the various State agencies includes services required to effectively assess and mitigate environmental liabilities associated with the release of petroleum and hazardous substances. The contractual relationship between New York State and PES has been ongoing since 1994. Currently, PES holds primary – ‘Best Value’ status to perform subsurface investigative and remedial response services for the New York State DEC in Regions 3, 4 and 5. PES has also successfully completed the qualification requirements to establish the firm as a certified Brownfield assessment and remediation contractor.

We currently perform environmental monitoring and/or remedial services at a variety of sites located in New York, Vermont and New Jersey. Our varied experience and in house professional capabilities allow PES to successfully tackle large and complex projects, while our size ensures our clients an extraordinary level of personal attention. Precision provides its personnel with comprehensive safety training, which includes OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) "40-Hour" certification.
